My own victory over past abuse led me to forge the ROAR® Method, a potent and life-changing technique that has empowered countless individuals to liberate themselves from the chains of depression, anxiety, and abuse, and to step into a life that is vibrantly, radically alive.

Holding a Doctorate in Psychology, my roots are firmly planted in Arlington, Texas, where I share my heart and home with my incredible wife and our two delightful puppies, Bella and Bimba. We fondly remember our third puppy, Pelusa, who passed unexpectedly on 11/1/22. Although her loss was deeply felt, she continues to inspire us daily as our guardian angel, her spirit forever woven into the fabric of our family.

My life's work has taken me across the globe, and now, I am honored to welcome clients into the serene embrace of my home sanctuary for in-person sessions, as well as connecting with clients worldwide through the magic of online communication.
